Megan McClure brings over 35 years of insurance sales experience to our team. As the founder of our agency, she originally established the business in Grand Marais, where we continue to maintain a branch office. Megan has proudly served the Cold Spring and Grand Marais communities since 1994 and is licensed and certified to sell all lines of insurance.
Her specialties include Medicare and employee benefits, where her extensive knowledge and personalized approach provide exceptional value to clients navigating complex coverage options.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending her free time with her four grandchildren, as well as ATVing in Hackensack, hiking, playing pickleball, and pontooning on Tom Lake.

Brad Windfeldt joined McClure Insurance Agency in 2013 and brings over a decade of experience to the team. He has been a proud member of the St. Cloud community for more than 24 years.
Brad specializes in property and casualty insurance, and is also certified to sell Medicare and MNsure individual health plans. His deep understanding of commercial insurance helps clients find reliable coverage tailored to their needs.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.

Lisa Schmitz joined McClure Insurance Agency in March 2014. She brings a strong passion for educating clients about the insurance options available to them. Since becoming a licensed life and health insurance agent in 2002, Lisa has been committed to helping individuals and businesses make informed, cost-effective decisions.
She works closely with employers to develop tailored employee benefit packages, and is certified to offer both Medicare and MNsure health plans.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, cherishing those meaningful moments outside of the office.

Brenda has been a valued member of the McClure Insurance Agency team since 2017. Before joining the agency, she worked as a legal assistant until the retirement of the legal team she supported.
As our group benefits specialist, Brenda takes exceptional care of our group clients and their employees, ensuring they receive attentive service and effective benefit solutions.

Nadine is a dedicated administrative assistant and office manager. With a passion for organization and efficiency, she seamlessly balances her roles, providing exceptional support to the team while ensuring a positive experience for clients.
In her current position, Nadine manages our office operations behind the scenes, ensuring day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. She leverages her organizational skills, attention to detail, and insight into customer needs to support staff, streamline workflows, and maintain a productive work environment. Additionally, she plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through her creative approach to internal communications and office coordination.
Outside of her professional commitments, Nadine enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new activities, and continuously learning to grow both personally and professionally.

Krissy joined the McClure Insurance Agency team in April of 2025. Before joining the agency she worked as an admin and director of Kid's Ministry at her church. She's lived in the Saint Cloud area since 2020.
As our receptionist and office admin, Krissy will often be the one you talk to first on the phone. She is ready and willing to help find answers and connect you to the agent who can best help you.
In her spare time, Krissy enjoys spending time with her husband and family or checking out antique stores for hidden treasures.
